The Rocky Mountain News reports that Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan indicated that he would like to be a head coach next season following their win over the Dolphins on Sunday.

Our View:Ryan is believed to be high on the Rams' wish list among others.

Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan is a leading candidate to land the Rams head coaching job, Adam Schefter of NFL.com reports. Titans defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz could also be near the top of the list, and interim coach Jim Haslett will be interviewed.

Our View:Ryan has been with the Ravens for the last nine seasons, including three as the defensive coordinator. The Rams search will undoubtedly heat up following this Sunday, but they'll need to wait on Ryan if the Ravens make the playoffs.

The Ravens are altering their practice schedule this week due to Christmas, according to the Baltimore Sun. The team usually takes Tuesday off, but will practice on that day this week while taking off Thursday (Christmas Day) to spend with their families instead.

Our View:The Ravens are coming off a huge win at Dallas and remain positioned to make the playoffs at 10-5 going into Sunday's home finale against Jacksonville.

Our View:Lewis is having a big season again for the Ravens. He has recorded 97 tackles, two sacks and three interceptions.

Ray Lewis was named the AFC Defensive Player of the Week for his game against the Houston Texans, according to the AP.

Our View:Lewis posted a team-high nine tackles and two interceptions in the Ravens’ 41-13 victory over the Houston Texans - their fourth win in a row. The linebacker also posted his third two-interception game of his career.
