Head coach John Fox made the announcement during his weekly press conference. "I think it would be fair to say, though, that if [Testaverde] was healthy, he would be the guy," Fox said. It remains unclear if David Carr or Matt Moore would get the start if Vinny was unable to go, but it would be a disaster either way.
