Matt Stover set an NFL record on Sunday, kicking his 372nd consecutive point after touchdown, according to ESPN.

Our View:The kick broke the record Stover shared with Jason Elam (1993-2002) and Jeff Wilkins (1999-2007). The 19-year veteran started his streak in 1996.

The Ravens are going to keep Matt Stover and Steve Hauschka on the active roster for the remainder of the season, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Our View:Stover is perfect from inside 40 yards, but is only hitting 2-of-6 field goal attempts from 40 yards or longer. Hauschka has a much stronger leg and will continue to be used for longer field goals, hence limiting the fantasy value of both players.

Ravens kicker Matt Stover has struggled this season, not making a kick over 40 yards, and there is a clamoring from fans for the team to activate rookie Steven Hauschka from the practice squad, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Our View:Stover and coach John Harbaugh each insist that the 40-year-old's leg strength is not the problem, but the fact remains he is 4-for-4 on kicks under 40 yards, and 0-for-3 on kicks that are longer than that. If possible, plug someone else in at the kicker position on fantasy teams.

Ravens kicker Matt Stover has not made a kick longer than 38 yards this season, and is 4-for-7 overall, according to BaltimoreRavens.com.

Our View:Despite that, the team claims they still have confidence in the veteran, and that he will get things figured out. They better hope so, because Baltimore is not exactly the epicenter of offense, and need Stover's leg to get points.
