Texans promote Foster

The Texans have promoted Arian Foster to their active roster, according to the Houston Chronicle on twitter. The club waived defensive end Jesse Nading as the adjoining move.
Our View: The Texans now have four running backs on their roster, as Foster joins Steve Slaton, Ryan Moats and Chris Brown. Foster is not expected to see much action.
