Packers sign Bell

The Green Bay Packers have signed defensive back Josh Bell, according to beat writer Rob Demovsky. Bell was formerly with the Broncos this season.
Our View: Bell suffered a knee injury in the preseason finale, so he has not played yet this season. He provides some depth in the secondary, but he won't be an IDP conributor this season.
