Chiefs waive Redd

According to Scout.com, the Kansas City Chiefs have waived linebacker Vince Redd. Redd was acquired off waivers from the Patriots on August 4.
Our View: Redd was never a threat to see time in KC, and he doesn't look poised to make an impact anywhere this season. He did see time with the Pats last season, so he should manage to catch on somewhere this season.
