Blazers edge Pistons on Outlaw's late jumper Portland, OR (Sports Network) - Travis Outlaw drained a fade-away jumper with
8.9 seconds remaining to lift Portland to an 84-83 triumph over Detroit,
snapping the Pistons' seven-game winning streak.
LaMarcus Aldridge scored 26 points and gabbed six boards and Outlaw finished
with 14 points for the Trail Blazers, which had lost two straight coming into
the game. Steve Blake contributed 10 points and a game-high 10 assists in the
win as Portland was without star Brandon Roy (hamstring) for a fourth straight
game.

Travis Outlaw hit the game-winner for Portland as they defeated the Pistons 84-83 on Wednesday. He shot 6-for-10 from the field and finished with 14 points.
Our View:With Martell Webster nearing his return, Outlaw figures to see his value fall. He brings little to the table aside from scoring.

Our View:Aldridge took 21 shots in the game. He has shouldered more of the offense with Brandon Roy on the sidelines. He is averaging 20.4 points over the last five games.
The Oregonian reports that Jerryd Bayless will be one of the first players off of the bench as Brandon Roy remains sidelined.
Our View:There were some talks that Bayless may start, but Rudy Fernandez will remain in the lineup. After a dominating summer league, Bayless has not seen much action during his rookie season. He has no fantasy value.
