Magic sign first-rounder Lee
Orlando, FL (Sports Network) - The Orlando Magic have signed their first- round draft pick, guard Courtney Lee, the club announced on Thursday. Per team policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The Magic drafted the 6-foot-5 Lee out of Western Kentucky with the 22nd overall pick. A four-year starter for the Hilltoppers, Lee came off a senior season where he averaged 20.8 points per game and earned Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year honors as WKU advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.

The Miami Heat are interested in obtaining the services of Keyon Dooling, according to the Miami Herald.

Our View:Dooling can be valuable in a combo guard role, because he is not a true point guard. He probably would not be an option for fantasy owners no matter where he winds up.

First-round pick Courtney Lee has agreed to a contract with the Orlando Magic, according to the Orlando Sentinel. The deal is four years for $6 million.

Our View:Lee should see time right away at guard, although possibly in limited doses. J.J. Redick is still on the Orlando roster and Keith Bogans is an option there as well. His fantasy value will be dependent on the minutes he receives.

Dwight Howard did not practice in the Team USA minicamp in Las Vegas as he is still healing from a cracked sternum sustained in the playoffs, according to the LA Times.
