Grizzlies acquire Livingston from Heat, then waive him Memphis, TN (Sports Network) - The Memphis Grizzlies acquired guard Shaun
Livingston and cash Wednesday from the Miami Heat in exchange for a 2012
conditional second-round draft choice.
Also Wednesday, Memphis waived Livingston.
Livingston, who was signed by Miami prior to the season, played in just four
games for the Heat this season, averaging 2.3 points and 1.0 assists. It was
the first he played since a gruesome knee injury sidelined him in
February 2007 while with the Clippers.

Our View:Jackson will be missed by the Warriors and fantasy teams as he was averaging 19 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.5 steals and a team-high six assists per game.

Our View:It is uncertain if he will be ready to return for Wednesday's home game against the Lakers. He isn't much of a rebounder or defender, but averages 13.2 points per game.
