Hedo Turkoglu notched 14 points in tonight's 109-98 loss at Portland, to go along with five rebounds and two assists. He made 4-of-5 shots from three-point range.

Our View:Turkoglu had a good personal performance, as he was averaging 12 points per game heading into the contest. He scored a total of 16 points over his previous three outings as well.

Hedo Turkoglu (ankle) is expected to be back in action against the Lakers on Tuesday, according to the Toronto Sun.

Our View:He'll reclaim his starting role and move Sonny Weems back to the bench. While Turkoglu has been inconsistent this season, it'd still probably make sense to have him active this week, especially with the Raptors set to play four games.
March 7, 2010
Updating a report from earlier today, Hedo Turkoglu (ankle) will indeed be sidelined for Sunday's afternoon affair against Philadelphia, according to Raptors announcer Paul Jones.

Our View:Turkoglu could be back by Tuesday against the Lakers, and given that the Raptors play four games next week, he still seems like a relatively safe play. As for today, Sonny Weems will likely start in his place and makes for a decent spot-start.

Hedo Turkoglu (ankle) missed practice on Saturday and appears iffy for this afternoon's affair against the 76ers, according to the Toronto Sun.

Our View:It's looking like Hedo's availability could end up being a game-time decision, so be ready to swap him out of your lineup if you can. Sonny Weems, fresh off a career-high 20-point game, would be in line to start if Turkoglu is unable to go.

Hedo Turkoglu will try to play tonight against the Knicks, according to Eric Smith's twitter page.

Our View:Turkoglu is dealing with a mild ankle sprain, and will be an unstable fantasy option for tonight.
March 4, 2010
Despite dealing with a "mild" ankle sprain, Hedo Turkoglu will be active on Friday, according to the Globe and Mail.

Our View:Considering his lagging production this season, you might want to bench him until you know he is 100 percent healthy.
March 1, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu will not return to tonight's game at Houston due to a sore left ankle, according to Eric Smith's twitter page.

Our View:Consider Turkoglu day-to-day for now.
February 28, 2010
According to SB Nation, with the absence of superstar Chris Bosh, Hedo Turkoglu has become the focal point of the Raptors offense.

Our View:Turkoglu seemed to hit his stride the other day against Cleveland, and has taken over as the go to guy in the lineup. With Bosh out he seems to be more at ease making offensive plays, and since Bosh may not play at all this week, Turkoglu will be a plus fantasy start.
February 24, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu led the Raptors with 24 points in tonight's 101-87 home loss to the Blazers, to go along with four rebounds and three assists.

Our View:Turkoglu had his best game since January 28, when he racked up 26 points at New York. He remains a quality small forward for Toronto.
February 20, 2010
Updating an earlier report, Hedo Turkoglu returned to tonight's game against the Wizards after leaving with a knee injury, according to NBA.com.

Our View:Turkoglu banged up his knee, but was deemed fit to return. He will get some time to rest, as Toronto does not play again until Wednesday versus Portland.
February 20, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu left tonight's game versus Washington due to a possible knee injury.

Our View:Turkoglu was limping upon his exit, and his status is yet to be updated.
February 17, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu practiced Tuesday and will play tonight against Memphis, according to the Toronto Sun.

Our View:Hedo missed Toronto's final game heading into the All-Star break to attend to a family matter in Turkey, but he's back in the states. Play him as you normally would.
February 10, 2010
According to Kate Fagan on Twitter, Hedo Turkoglu will not play in Wednesday's game against the Sixers as he has been excused for family reasons.

Our View:Antoine Wright will draw the start in his place, but expect Reggie Evans and Amir Johnson to see a bump in minutes as well.
February 5, 2010
According to the National Post, Hedo Turkoglu will have to wear a protective mask when he returns to action.

Our View:Turkoglu has already admitted that he hates wearing the mask, says it's uncomfortable and thinks it will affect his performance. He volunteered to sign a waiver that would absolve the Raptors of any blame if he didn't wear the mask during games, but the team doesn't seem to be on board. He is expected to play on Sunday, and it will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
February 3, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu is doubtful for tonight's game against the Nets, according to Matt Devlin's twitter page.

Our View:Turkoglu is dealing with a fractured orbital bone, and should be held out of fantasy lineups with him unlikely to go tonight.
February 2, 2010
Updating a previous report, Hedo Turkoglu (fractured orbital bone) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game and is not likely to play in Wednesday's game either, according to Eric Smith on Twitter.

Our View:Turkoglu will be replaced in the starting lineup tonight by Marco Belinelli and Antoine Wright may see extra minutes as well. The scenario would be the same if Hedo misses tomorrow's game as well. He should return after that so it's likely not worth picking up either option as a short-term replacement.
February 2, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu (fractured orbital bone) will not play on Tuesday against the Pacers, according to The Globe and Mail.

Our View:It sounds like Tuesday will be the only game he will miss, so it won't be necessary to start looking for a replacement.
February 1, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu, who fractured a bone in his face after being elbowed on Sunday, will likely be fitted with a mask and be able to play through the injury, according to the Toronto Star.

Our View:While he's been a bit inconsistent this season, Turkoglu was coming off a 26-point, 11-rebound game before getting hurt on Sunday. Given that he's expected to play tonight, you'd probably be best keeping him active in your lineup.
January 31, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu was elbowed in the face just one minute into Sunday's game and did not return.

Our View:There is no update yet on the severity of Turkoglu's injury, but he'll likely miss a little time. This is unfortunate as he was coming off his best game of the season and he was hit so early in the contest that he didn't have a chance to provide owners with anything tonight.
January 28, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu double-doubled on Thursday, scoring 26 points and picking up 11 rebounds, as the Raptors won a tight one over the Knicks 106-104.

Our View:Turkoglu hit 8-of-16 shots from the field, including 3-of-8 from downtown, and collected two assists, two steals and a block in the game as well. His point and rebound totals both represent new season highs.
January 20, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu went just 3-of-8 from beyond the arc on Wednesday, as Toronto lost 113-107 to the Bucks on a night where Chris Bosh scored 44 points.

Our View:Turkoglu clearly misses Orlando, and while he remains a solid option at forward, he is no longer an above-average one.
January 15, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu was productive in tonight's 112-104 win at New York, as he tallied 13 points, nine rebounds, five assists and two steals. He made 3-of-8 shots from three-point range.

Our View:Turkoglu remains a solid supporting player for Toronto, and tied his personal single-game high in rebounds for 2009-10.
January 2, 2010
Hedo Turkoglu has been cleared to play in tonight's game at Boston, according to play-by-play man Matt Devlin's twitter page.

Our View:Turkoglu was a game-time call due to his ailing knee. Use caution when considering him for fantasy duty.
