February 27, 2008 Chris Mihm will undergo a medical procedure on Thursday which he hopes will speed up his return to the court, this according to the LA Daily News. Earlier this month he had a screw removed from his injured ankle, and the current procedure will consist of inserting healthy, treated blood into the injured area. He is still a long ways from helping out the Lakers or a fantasy squad.
February 12, 2008 Chris Mihm will undergo surgery on his right heel that will cause him to miss four to six weeks. He has been sidelined since Dec. 23 because of bursitis in his right heel and a sore Achilles' tendon in his right foot, according to the LA Times.

"We're projecting post-All-Star [break]," coach Phil Jackson said. "He's along on this trip to do a lot of work." With Andrew Bynum out for a couple of months, Mihm should have some value in the Lakers' frontcourt once he's over his sore right Achilles tendon.
