Tim Thomas was activated by the Clippers before the team's game on Wednesday, and he came off the bench to score 12 points in the team's loss to Sacramento, according to the L.A. Times.

Our View:Thomas had been dealing with a sprained ankle and had been out for a week. He is a decent option as a reserve for fantasy owners, but likely won't be more than that.

The Clippers are uncertain if Tim Thomas will be able to play tonight against the Kings, according to the LA Times. He is recovering from a sprained left ankle and coach Mike Dunleavy said, "If he can't play, he'll be ready for Saturday against Golden State."

Our View:Thomas believes he will be able to play through the pain. An X-ray revealed no broken bones and Thomas was able to practice Tuesday. He has been productive enough to hold as a reserve fantasy forward, as he is averaging 12.2 points and six boards over six games.

Clippers forward Tim Thomas had to leave the team's game on Friday after spraining his left ankle, according to The Sports Network.

Our View:X-rays on the ankle were negative, and there is no word yet on how long Thomas will be out.
