Derek Anderson missed his second straight game Friday with a sore right knee, according to the AP. Anderson recently returned from the same ailment but re-aggravated it. He should be OK at some point next week.

Derek Anderson is nursing a sore right knee and will not be able to take part in Friday's tilt with the Nets, according to the Charlotte Observer. Anderson has virtually no fantasy value even when he's active.

Bobcats swingman Derek Anderson sat out his second straight game on Tuesday with a right knee bruise. The AP reported that he isn’t expected to travel on a two-game road trip to Boston and Cleveland.

Our View:Anderson has done little from a fantasy perspective this season, so his absence likely just means a few more minutes for Jason Richardson and Raymond Felton.
