Player Notes

Courtney Lee poured in a game-high 30 points in Monday's 107-101 loss at Memphis. He also had five rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Our View:Lee is hot, as he averages 26 points over his last four contests. He also set a new personal single-game high in scoring for 2009-10.
March 6, 2010
Courtney Lee will be a game-time call for tonight's battle at New York, according to the Nets' official twitter page.

Our View:Lee is still recovering from his sprained ankle. Chris Douglas-Roberts would be afforded more minutes if Lee is unable to go.
March 4, 2010
Courtney Lee is doubtful for Friday's game against the Magic due to his ailing ankle, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Our View:Lee would be facing his former teammates if able to play, but that is unlikely as of now. Chris Douglas-Roberts would be afforded more minutes in his absence.

As expected, Courtney Lee (ankle) will not play against Cleveland on Wednesday, according to the Nets' Twitter page.

Our View:Lee remains day-to-day and could miss another game or two. Chris-Douglas Roberts will start in his place but should only be considered by the most desperate of owners.
March 1, 2010
Courtney Lee (ankle) declared himself as iffy for Wednesday's game against Cleveland, according to the New York Post.

Our View:Add in the fact that New Jersey plays just three games this week and that Lee is far from a must-start regardless of health, and you should certainly keep him on you bench this week.

Courtney Lee is out for tonight's home game against the Wizards due to a sprained ankle, according to the Nets' official twitter page.

Our View:Chris Douglas-Roberts will start at shooting guard in his absence. It is uncertain how much time Lee may need to miss.
February 23, 2010
Courtney Lee racked up 28 points in tonight's 102-93 home loss to the Blazers, to go along with six rebounds and two assists.

Our View:Lee tied his single-game high in scoring for 2009-10, after only averaging 10.3 points over his previous three contests. The second-year shooting guard's fantasy stock should continue to point up.
February 16, 2010
Courtney Lee led the Nets with 21 points and picked up five rebounds, three assists and a steal in a win over the Bobcats on Tuesday.

Our View:Lee has now topped the 20-point barrier five times this season and twice in the last three games. The last time the Nets won when he was on the court was all the way back on December 30th.
February 9, 2010
Courtney Lee was solid Tuesday, putting up 24 points, seven rebounds, four assists and a steal in a loss to the Cavs.

Our View:Lee shot well, locking down 9-of-15 from the field and chipped in with a 1-of-2 effort from downtown. The 24 points represent his best total since January 8th when he put up a season-high 28.
January 29, 2010
Courtney Lee looked good in tonight's 81-79 home loss to the Wizards, as he racked up a team-high 19 points. He also had three rebounds and a steal.

Our View:Lee bounced back after being limited to five points in his previous game at Utah. He also had his best scoring output since January 8th, when he racked up 28 points at New Orleans.
January 29, 2010
Courtney Lee will return to action tonight after missing one game following a procedure to remove a wisdom tooth, according to the Bergen Record.

Our View:Lee will be re-inserted into the starting lineup, so feel free to do the same with him on your fantasy roster, though his numbers have been pretty shaky all year long.
January 27, 2010
Courtney Lee will sit on Wednesday after having a wisdom tooth removed yesterday, according to the New York Daily News.

Our View:Lee will join Devin Harris (wrist) on the sideline. Keyon Dooling will start at point guard, while Terrence Williams, Jarvis Hayes and Chris Quinn will all see additional minutes as well.
January 26, 2010
Guard Courtney Lee (wisdom tooth) and forward Jarvis Hayes (illness) are both questionable for the Nets' "showdown" with the Clippers on Wednesday, according to the New York Post.

Our View:Consider both likely to play, but a definitive answer will not be available until after New Jersey's shootaround tomorrow.
January 8, 2010
Courtney Lee scored a team-high 28 points in tonight's 103-99 loss at New Orleans. He also tallied two rebounds, six assists and two steals.

Our View:Lee broke out after only averaging 8.5 points over his previous four games. Lee has a bright future ahead of him, but the second-year shooting guard is not yet consistent enough to trust in fantasy lineups.
