Forward Sean May continues to make positive progress, and it sounds like he will be ready for training camp. "I'm running good; still a little ways to go with conditioning and my wind, but with a couple of weeks to go, I'll start to push myself a little bit more," he informs the Charlotte Observer. May, the 13th overall pick in 2005, has played only 58 games in his career. He missed all of last season due to microfracture surgery in his right knee.

Our View:Doesn't it seem forever ago that May was the star of the Final Four? Anyway, the Bobcats remain thin in the frontcourt, and there's room for a healthy May to step into decent minutes this season. Fantasy owners should keep their expectations very, very low.

Sean May has changed his diet and started conditioning drills, and he is confident he will be ready for training camp, according to the Associated Press.

Our View:May insists he is fully healthy, but microfracture surgery is difficult to recover from. His fantasy value is null right now, but if he happens to prove he is healthy and gets some minutes, that could change.

Sean May has been cleared for basketball activity and says he'll be ready for training camp in October, according to the Charlotte Observer. May had micro-fracture surgery on his right knee last October.

Our View:“I'm full-go now,” May said Wednesday after working out with North Carolina strength and conditioning coach Jonas Sahratian. Uh-huh. We've heard this before. May has managed just 58 appearances in a possible 246 games since entering the league. IF he is healthy, his presence is badly needed on a frontcourt that likes size and depth. May's weight is a separate but constant issue.
