Ariza has been sidelined since January, and CT scans on his foot revealed he's not entirely healed. However, it's possible that Ariza could return in time to play at some point in the series against Utah. Coach Phil Jackson said, "I still have optimism. The second round is a long way from being over. We can only hope we had the same kind of success in the last round, but we certainly can't count on that."

But the report also noted that head coach Phil Jackson doesn't believe Ariza will be back on the active roster before the end of the regular season. It's safe to dump Ariza's 5.5 points and 3.1 assists per game.
