Sixers guard Royal Ivey still has to serve two games of his three-game suspension which was levied against him last season when he was a member of the Milwaukee Bucks, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

Our View:Ivey, who will start his suspension Wednesday, should not be owned in fantasy leagues anyway, as he played just 19.1 minutes and averaged 5.6 points and 2.1 assists with the Bucks last year.

Royal Ivey has inked a deal with the Sixers, according to the AP. Exact terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Our View:Ivey is a tough defensive-minded pro, and should fit in well as a bench performer with the Sixers. His fantasy value will remain limited.

Philly.com reports that the 76ers have reached an agreement with Royal Ivey, who spent last season with the Milwaukee Bucks and the first three seasons of his career with the Atlanta Hawks.

Our View:The Sixers see Ivey as an off-the-bench complement to Williams because of his size and defensive ability. He averaged 5.6 points and 2.1 assists in 75 games last season, making 20 starts.

Royal Ivey was suspended for three games by the NBA for punching Aaron Gray of the Bulls in the groin, this according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Our View:Really classy move Ivey. The NBA has always dealt out quick punishment, and in this matter they acted swiftly once again. As a result Ivey, a fantasy non-factor, will miss the final game this season and the first two of next year.
