Guard Tony Parker and the Spurs now face a daunting proposition after suffering the loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, 93-91, in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals. Parker shot 8-of-17 from the field and a perfect 7-of-7 from the free-throw line to score 23 points, adding nine assists and four rebounds to the cause.

Our View:Despite Parker's efforts and the impressive performance from teammate Tim Duncan, the Spurs now face a 3-1 deficit in the series, and the ability to prevail may be all but lost.
May 26, 2008
Tony Parker generated 20 points in Sunday's key 103-84 win over the Lakers in Game 3. He also racked up three boards, five assists, and one steal.

Our View:That was his best scoring night of the series, and now the Spurs trail 2-1 to Los Angeles. Parker always steps up in crunch time when the Spurs need him the most.
May 24, 2008
Tony Parker hit just six of 15 shots on his way to 13 points and four assists in the Spurs Game 2 loss to the Lakers.

Our View:Parker turned the ball over four times and didn't pull down a single rebound, and like the rest of his teammates, he will have to substantially lift his level of play to avoid heading home earlier than hoped.
