Rangers' SS Young exits early
Bronx, NY (Sports Network) - Texas Rangers shortstop Michael Young left the team's game against the New York Yankees on Wednesday with a mild left groin strain.

Young, who was 1-for-2 with an RBI double before leaving in the fourth inning, was replaced by Ramon Vazquez. He was listed as day-to-day.
