and scored the winner on pinch-hitter Joe Inglett's single in the 11th
inning, as the Toronto Blue Jays beat Minnesota, 3-2, to complete a three-game
sweep at the Metrodome.
Jesse Crain took the mound for the Twins in the 11th and surrendered a leadoff
double to Rolen. After recording two outs, Lyle Overbay was intentionally
walked and pinch-hitter Gregg Zaun drew a free pass to load the bases.

Matt Tolbert has officially been placed on the 15-day DL due to a torn ligament in his left thumb, according to the AP. To replace Tolbert on the roster, the Twins will purchase the contract of infielder Howie Clark from Triple-A Rochester.
Our View:Tolbert was hitting .265 prior to landing on the DL, with 13 runs scored and four stolen bases over 30 games. Six of his 22 hits went for doubles. He provided solid depth to the Twins' infield, and he will be missed while out of action.
