Jeremy Sowers to Triple-A Buffalo on Saturday, calling up former first-round
pick infielder Michael Aubrey to fill out their roster.
Sowers made his second spot-start of the season on Friday night, giving up
five hits and three runs over five innings, but did not factor into the
decision.
The club's first-round pick (11th overall) in the 2003 draft, Aubrey will be

Infielder Michael Aubrey has been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo, according to MLB.com. The team optioned lefty hurler Jeremy Sowers to Buffalo to make room on the roster.
Our View:Aubrey was the 11th overall pick in 2003, and displays one of the smoothest swings in the Indians' system, but has had trouble staying healthy. He will be making his debut in the majors.

Our View:As expected, Sowers was brought up to make just one start against the Reds. He held a poor 5.23 ERA and 1.45 WHIP over 10.1 brief innings this season.
