Elvis Andrus went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Angels.

Our View:Andrus now has 27 steals on the season and his 2-for-4 performance broke an 0-for-10 skid. He won't wow you with his power numbers (6), but he's a good source of steals and runs.

Elvis Andrus had a monster evening at the plate for the Rangers on Tuesday in their 7-3 win over the Tigers. Andrus went 3-for-4 with a home run, a stolen base, three runs scored, and two RBI.

Our View:Elvis is having an outstanding rookie campaign, and the home run tonight was just icing on the cake for fantasy owners. He has 20 stolen bases, and he has been outstanding in the field for Texas. He is a good source for steals and runs in the fantasy game.

Elvis Andrus was 2-for-3 with a walk, two stolen bases, and a run scored in Texas' 4-2 win over the Yankees.

Our View:Andrus just has nine total stolen bases on the season, but three of those have come in his last two games. He clearly is comfortable running against Jorge Posada, and we expect him to take advantage of his speed more often going forward.

Elvis Andrus went 4-for-5 with a home run, a stolen base, an RBI, and two runs scored as the Rangers outlasted the Astros 6-5 in 10 innings on Friday.

Our View:The 20-year-old should probably be owned in most AL-only formats. His average is up to .292 and he now has six stolen bases, with two in his last two games. He should only improve as the season goes along.

Elvis Andrus is out of the Rangers' lineup for today's game against the Angels, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Our View:Andrus is not hurt, and is just getting the day off. Omar Vizquel will start at shortstop.
