MLB.com reports that Steven Register has been recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley.

Our View:With Chad Durbin, Clay Condrey and J.C. Romero on the DL, the Phillies badly needed another arm in their pen. Register was claimed off waivers from the Rockies in May and has pitched well in the minors since joining the Phils. In 20 games he has a 2.88 ERA and has fanned 16.
