August 25, 2008 Orioles pitcher Rocky Cherry picked up his first save of the season in Baltimore's 4-3 win over Chicago, though it came in a shaky bottom of the 14th that saw him walk two White Sox hitters. Our View:Despite this save, Cherry holds little fantasy value. He got the call because this was a game that was being resumed after weather delayed it in April, and the Orioles had already used eight pitchers. |
