According to the Baltimore Sun, Dennis Sarfate (circulatory condition in right hand) finished his throwing program on Tuesday and will begin throwing from a mound.

Our View:Sarfate's injury is a scary one, but it looks like he's making real progress in his recovery. He will likely return in a week or two, but will have no fantasy value when he pops back up on Major League rosters.

Orioles relieverDennis Sarfate, who has been out since May 3 with a circulatory condition in his right middle finger, threw twice on Tuesday according to MASN.com.

Our View:Sarfate is scheduled to return sometime around the end of the month. Before going down, Sarfate was 0-0 with a 6.39 ERA in eight appearances. He is not fantasy relevant at this time.

Dennis Sarfate, who has been on the DL with a circulatory condition in his right middle finger since May 3, is anxious to resume throwing, according to the Baltimore Sun. He said, "It has been tough watching the guys on TV, not going on the road with them. But I have got work to do. I have got to get better and hopefully, when I come back, everything will be fine."

Our View:He expects to begin throwing June 5, and is optimistic of being ready to return to the Orioles' bullpen by the end of June or early July. He is not a solid reliever and won't hold much fantasy value upon his return though.

According to SI.com, Dennis Sarfate will miss six weeks due to a circulatory condition in his middle finger. He had been experiencing numbness in his hand.

Our View:Fantasy owners won't miss Sarfate, but this is another blow to an already poor Orioles' bullpen. Sarfate had a 6.39 ERA over 12.2 innings, but he was still a body they could trot out there every few days.

Dennis Sarfate had his angiogram moved to Friday, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Our View:He is undergoing the test to determine why he is experiencing numbness in his pitching hand. He holds little fantasy value as a middle reliever.
