Marlins lefty Andrew Miller will be activated from the disabled list on Monday, according to FloridaMarlins.com.

Our View:Miller has been a bit disappointing this season, carrying an ERA of 5.63 and a record of 5-9. However, he is averaging more than seven strikeouts per nine innings, and figures to only get better. Eventually, he'll be a pitcher fantasy owners will want on their squad.

Andrew Miller is getting closer to returning to the big leagues as he continues to recover from patella tendinitis in his right leg, according to FloridaMarlins.com. He will make a start for the Marlins Double-A affiliate on Thursday.

Our View:Miller could be back before September 1, but fantasy owners need not worry about that, as he has not done enough to prove he belongs on anybody's squad, regardless of format.

Andrew Miller, who is battling right patellar tendinitis, feels he is still about 2-3 weeks away from returning to the Marlins, according to the Miami Herald.

Our View:Miller may not have a rotation spot when he returns, if Anibal Sanchez fares well. He is not worth waiting for as a fantasy hurler, especially since he held a 5.63 ERA and 1.66 WHIP over 20 starts with the club this season.

Andrew Miller, on the 15-day DL since July 18 with patella tendinitis in right knee, threw a side session in Florida and is expected to throw another one Monday according to the AP.

Our View:He will likely face a rehab assignment before appearing once again in the majors. He has a 5.63 ERA thru 100 innings thus far in 2008. The Marlins are not likely to rush their rookie back into action.

Andrew Miller is going to try shock wave therapy on his ailing right knee, hoping to speed up the healing process, according to the Miami Herald.

Our View:Miller said he could resume throwing off a mound by the weekend but won't make the trip to Chicago and doesn't expect to be ready when he is first eligible to come off the DL July 29. The team will know within four weeks if the shock therapy works.
