January 19, 2010 The Nationals and outfielder Josh Willingham avoided arbitration on Tuesday, agreeing to a $4.6 million contract for next season, according to MLB.com. Our View:After hitting .260 with 24 home runs and 61 RBI in just 133 games in 2009, Willingham should be worth every penny in 2010. He is obviously a must-own in all NL-only leagues, and even worth a look in deeper mixed formats. |
