White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen said he has no plans to move Neal Cotts into the rotation as a No. 5 starter, according to the Sun-Times. "[People] think I'll make Cotts a starter. He's not," Guillen said. "I'm not going to fix something that's not broken. I'm going to build him to be a starter [in the future], but I won't go from someone who's doing a tremendous job and take him backward."
