The Rangers optioned C.J. Wilson to Double-A Frisco between games of Tuesday's doubleheader, according to the AP. Wilson allowed one run and two hits in five innings of relief and got the win in the opener. The move was made to open a roster spot for Edison Volquez, who started the second game.
