According to MLBlogs.com, struggling utility man Bill Hall gets the start at third base for Saturday's contest.

Our View:Hall is hitting just .259 with five homers this year, but gets the nod against the Giants' Barry Zito. Craig Counsell gets the day off and Casey McGehee takes over the duties as second base. Owners shouldn't rush to get Hall in for today's fantasy lineup.

Bill Hall is not in the Brewers starting lineup today against the Rockies as manager Ken Macha is giving him and other slumping players the day off according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Our View:Hall has only one hit in the month of June, and is batting just .213 for the year. He should not be on your fantasy team.

Bill Hall went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Thursday's 5-3 win over Florida at Miller Park.

Our View:He collected his fourth homer of the season, with two coming at Miller Park. Hall realizes he needs to perform well with top prospect Mat Gamel recalled from the minors to push him for playing time at third base.

MLB.com is reporting that Bill Hall returned to the Brewers' lineup on Thursday. Hall had missed the last two games with cramps in his right hamstring.

Our View:Hall is batting seventh in the order tonight, and he says that he is 100% healthy. He should be good to go in the future.

Updating an earlier report, Bill Hall is not in tonight's lineup at Cincinnati, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Our View:He will be missing his second straight game with a hamstring cramp. It was previously expected that he would return tonight. Craig Counsell will cover third base in Hall's absence.
