Our View:Estrada only batted .179 with no homers over 17 games with the Nationals this season, and shouldn't hold any fantasy value while working behind Jesus Flores. |

According to a baseball source, the move was not made in reaction to Paul Lo Duca's knee surgery, but rather the Nats felt they were heavy on right-handed bats, according to MLB.com. It's not clear how the Nats plan on divvying up the playing time between Estrada and Lo Duca. One thing that is clear is Jesus Flores will now begin the year in the minors - assuming Lo Duca is ready at the start of the season. |
