Aaron Harang to the Dodgers is "not happening," according to Tim Brown of Yahoo! Sports.

Our View:This doesn't mean he isn't going somewhere else, however. Expect Cincinnati to aggressively try to unload him this offseason before he loses all value.

The Dodgers have expressed interest in dealing for Aaron Harang, according to the LA Times.

Our View:The Reds are known to be dangling Harang and would likely need to take on some portion of his lofty contract for any deal to happen. Harang's value would certainly get a nice boost if he moved from the Reds to the Dodgers.

The Reds are trying to find a suitor in a potential trade involving Aaron Harang, according to AOL Fanhouse's Ed Price.

Our View:Harang is owed $12.5 million this season, despite having struggled the past two years, both with health and effectiveness. He is still a viable MLB starter, so there might be someone out there with interest.
August 23, 2009
Aaron Harang has undergone an emergency appendectomy and will miss the remainder of the 2009 season, according to AOL Fanhouse's Ed Price.

Our View:Quite a pity, since Harang had really gotten going in his last few starts after a tough season. In his past three outings, he had allowed just five runs in 21 innings. The move also further decimates a Reds rotation missing Edinson Volquez and Johnny Cueto. No word yet on who will take his spot in the Reds' starting five.
August 20, 2009
Aaron Harang once again failed to reap the rewards of a strong start. The big right-hander held the Giants to just one run on six hits and two walks over seven innings, but did not factor in the decision as the Reds won 2-1 on a walk-off homer in the tenth.

Our View:Harang has now gone at least seven innings in his last five starts and has allowed two runs or less in each of his last three, yet he has just one win since May 25th. Talk about tough luck.
