With Chris Carpenter hurting and Matt Morris scheduled to get a start off, the Cardinals are considering giving Rick Ankiel a start this week, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He hasn't been stretched out though, so it's unlikely he'd go long if he does start.
