The Angels are considering skipping the last start of Kelvim Escobar so that he doesn't aggravate his troublesome elbow or sore left knee, according to the LA Times. If they do decide to skip him, Dustin Moseley, Kevin Gregg and Chris Bootcheck are all candidates to step in.

He has recently been activated from the DL because of irritation problems in his elbow. "There might be some scar tissue from last year [surgery to remove a bone spur]," said Escobar. It is something I'm going to have deal with until it goes away. I don't know how long it will take. When it breaks down, I guess there will be a lot less soreness. Hopefully it will go away for next year. I'm not afraid. I've been pitching like that the whole season."
