Andrew Brown, who is recovering from right shoulder soreness, has begun a throwing program, according to the SF Chronicle.

Our View:He has a shot to return to the Athletics' bullpen before the end of August. He has been a solid reliever for the club this season, and is worth holding onto in deeper AL-only leagues that feature middle men.
