Roy Halladay finally looked human on Saturday, allowing six hits, three runs and two walks in five innings of work against the Tigers.

Our View:His spring ERA has now "skyrocketed" to 2.40. Look for Halladay to be as dominant as ever in 2010.

Roy Halladay continued his fine spring, giving up just one run to the Pirates off three hits and two walks with with six strikeouts over five innings on Monday.

Our View:Through three appearances and 10 innings, Halladay has given up one run and eight baserunners while striking out 14. Yeah... he's good. Continue to draft him knowing that you'll get a bonafide ace.

Roy Halladay mowed down the Braves in his second outing of the spring on Tuesday, striking out five in three scoreless innings.

Our View:If his first two spring starts are any indication, Halladay is in store for an absolutely mammoth 2010. Draft him accordingly.

Roy Halladay had a dominant spring debut for the Phillies on Thursday, striking out three Yankees while allowing no baserunners in two innings of work.

Our View:One would think the Phillies would take that. Get ready for another huge season from one of the game's very best players.

According to Scott Lauber on Twitter, Roy Halladay is expected to start against the Yankees on Thursday in the Phillies' Grapefruit League home opener.

Our View:J.A. Happ will start the exhibition game on Wednesday, but Halladay gets the true opener. Following him in the second half of Thursday's game will be Kyle Kendrick and Cole Hamels will take on the Blue Jays on Friday.

ESPN's Jayson Stark thinks Roy Halladay should easily dominate the National League East this season after coming from the American League East.

Our View:Of course, his reasoning is that Halladay will no longer be facing New York and Boston multiple times per season. However, after some research it has been discovered that a few National League East teams, such as the Marlins, Nationals and Mets all have pretty good offenses, too. Point being, don't expect Halladay to suddenly shave a point off his ERA just because he has switched leagues. They swing big sticks in the Senior Circuit, too.
