The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports that Jeff Suppan should pitch Sunday's season finale for the Brewers.

Our View:Suppan would be making his 30th start, but is expected to be replaced by Chris Narveson early in the game. Suppan carries a poor 5.30 ERA and 1.70 ERA.
September 30, 2009
Jeff Suppan got lip up once again on Wednesday, allowing eight runs in six innings, as the Brewers lost 10-6 in Denver.

Our View:Things just didn't work out for Suppan in 2009. After 29 starts, he will end the season with a 7-12 record, 1.70 WHIP and 5.30 ERA.
September 24, 2009
Jeff Suppan had another terrible outing on Thursday as the Brewers fell to the Phillies 9-4. Suppan lasted only 4.1 innings and allowed seven runs on 12 hits while walking two and striking out two.

Our View:Soup is ready to put 2009 behind him, as his 7-11 record and 5.04 ERA are far from what was expected of him this season. His best days might be behind him, and so are his days as a fantasy pitcher.
September 19, 2009
Jeff Suppan had a nice outing on Saturday, holding the Astros to just two runs on five hits over seven innings in a 7-2 win. He fanned seven against zero walks and improved to 7-10 on the season.

Our View:This was clearly one of Soup's best outings on the season, but he's still too risky to start in fantasy formats. Games like this one don't come around too often.
September 14, 2009
Jeff Suppan only issued one earned run on three hits over seven innings in Monday's 2-0 loss at Chicago. He had four walks with two strikeouts.

Our View:Suppan pitched well, but was forced to take a loss due to no run support. He allowed one or less earned runs in three of his last four starts, but only earned one win over the span.
