Corey Brewer plays 27 minutes off bench 01-11-2017
Corey Brewer F LAL
Corey Brewer played 27 minutes off Houston's bench on Wednesday, scoring nine points on 4-of-9 shooting with one 3-pointer, two boards, one assist, one steal and one block. Eric Gordon (sprained left big toe) wasn't available tonight, so there were more bench minutes available for Houston's wing players. Gordon wasn't traveling for this game and isn't a lock to play on Friday, but even if he sits Brewer isn't a great streaming option vs. the Grizzlies' defense.
Patrick Beverley (wrist) scoreless in 34 mins 01-11-2017
Patrick Beverley G HOU
Patrick Beverley had four assists, three rebounds, three assists and one block in 34 minutes on Wednesday, but he also failed to score while missing all five of his shot attempts. Bev has been dealing with a wrist injury since late December, and he's repeatedly emphasized how much it hurts, but he continues to tough it out. He's a gladiator and we're leaving him off the injury report.
Steven Adams scores 12 in 39 minutes 01-11-2017
Steven Adams C OKC
Steven Adams scored 12 points with eight rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal in 39 minutes against the Grizzlies on Wednesday. The Thunder went with the big lineup with Adams and Enes Kanter for 21 minutes tonight and it worked with a +24.9 net rating. It's also been successful all season with a +13.2 net rating in 260 total minutes. As for Adams himself, his minutes are on the rise with 34 per game in January. He's a solid mid-round player in standard leagues.
Enes Kanter scores 19 with 13 boards 01-11-2017
Enes Kanter C OKC
Enes Kanter made 8-of-18 from the field for 19 points with 13 rebounds, three assists and two steals in 30 minutes against the Grizzlies on Wednesday. He's played really well and hit 30 minutes for just the third time this season and also had his third double-double in his last four. This was a terrific spot for him with how the Grizzlies go big as much as any team in the Western Conference. He'll be in a favorable spot once again on Friday against the Wolves.
Mike Conley scores 22 points vs. OKC 01-11-2017
Mike Conley G MEM
Mike Conley scored a team-high 22 points against the Thunder on Wednesday during a 103-95 loss, adding four rebounds, six assists, three steals and three 3-pointers. It wasn't his best game and he didn't finish strong, but he did a good job against Russell Westbrook. Conley's minutes are on the rise in a big way with at least 36 in each of his last four, which is helped by the Grizzlies playing in so many close games. Conley gets a date with Patrick Beverley on Friday night, so he may have a sub-par game.
Chandler Parsons scores season-high 14 01-11-2017
Chandler Parsons F MEM
Chandler Parsons scored a season-high 14 points against the Thunder on Wednesday, adding one steal in 18 minutes. He missed all three from deep to drop him to just 23.8 percent on the season, which is getting close to almost 20 percentage points worse than his 41.4 percent last season. The good news is Parsons started the third quarter, so his restriction is getting softer. He should be better, but it'll be a while before his owners can trust him.
John Wall (wrist, finger) may have MRI Thurs 01-11-2017
John Wall G WAS
X-rays were negative on John Wall's left wrist and right pinkie finger, but he might have an MRI on Thursday.

J. Michael on Twitter
Wall came into Wednesday's game with both injuries preexisting. He played 39 minutes but finished just 4-of-21 from the field for a season-low nine points. The Wizards don't play until Saturday, which is fortunate, and we're considering him day-to-day until the test results are announced. If he does miss any games, both Trey Burke and Tomas Satoransky would be leaned on at PG, with Bradley Beal also doing more ball-handling.
Kevin Love returns to the game vs. Blazers 01-11-2017
Kevin Love F CLE
Kevin Love returned to the game on Wednesday in the second quarter. He didn't go into the locker room for very long, so we're expecting him to be fine.
Al Horford fills it up in win vs. Washington 01-11-2017
Al Horford C BOS
Al Horford filled up the boxscore vs. Washington, notching 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting with nine rebounds, three assists, two steals, two blocks and two 3-pointers. Horford turned the ball over just twice in 33 minutes, and tonight's line was a nice return to form -- in Boston's past six games, he was shooting just 43.2 percent from the field with 0.5 steals. The occasional slump is balanced out by hot streaks, and at the end of the day he's an early-round value.
Jordan Mickey logs 14 minutes as starting C 01-11-2017
Jordan Mickey F BOS
Jordan Mickey played 14 minutes as a starter on Wednesday and finished with four points, two rebounds, one block and two turnovers. Amir Johnson (ankle) was out tonight, as was Tyler Zeller (illness), which resulted in the rare start for Mickey. He was the No. 33 pick in 2015, but has spent most of his Celtics career in the D-League. Tonight's paltry line underscores his lack of fantasy appeal.
Isaiah Thomas scores 38 pts w/ 20 in fourth Q 01-11-2017
Isaiah Thomas G BOS
Isaiah Thomas exploded for 20 points in the fourth quarter on Wednesday, finishing a win vs. the Wizards with a game-high 38 points, six rebounds, five assists and five 3-pointers.

Celtics on Twitter
Thomas leads the league in fourth-quarter scoring, partly because the Celtics don't have many players who can create their own shot, and that was especially true with Avery Bradley (Achilles) out tonight. He made 14-of-29 FGs and 5-of-6 FTs in 38 minutes and simply been amazing in recent weeks, ranking second only to Giannis Antetokounmpo for 9-cat value since mid-December.
Terry Rozier earns praise from Brad Stevens 01-11-2017
Terry Rozier G BOS
Terry Rozier gave the Celtics a lift in 25 bench minutes on Wednesday, scoring 11 points with two 3-pointers, four rebounds, one assist and one steal.

Scott Souza on Twitter
"I thought Terry Rozier was great," Brad Stevens said after the game. "Terry made a huge difference tonight." He saw extra opportunities with Avery Bradley and Jaylen Brown both injured tonight, and we'll let you know if he plays consistently well enough to deserve a pickup. It's doubtful.
Zach Randolph scores 14 points against OKC 01-11-2017
Zach Randolph F MEM
Zach Randolph scored 14 points with nine rebounds, one assist and four turnovers in 27 minutes against the Thunder on Wednesday.

Grizzlies on Twitter
With those Z-bounds, he moved ahead of A.C. Green for 44th on the all-time list for rebounds. Randolph has obviously lost a step and his screen game has fallen off lately. He's still worth a look in standard leagues, but his upside isn't the greatest.
Markieff Morris attempts season-high 21 shots 01-11-2017
Markieff Morris F WAS
Markieff Morris launched a season-high 21 shots in 38 minutes of action on Wednesday, hitting six of his attempts to finish with 14 points, nine rebounds, four assists and two steals. When are increased shot attempts a bad thing? When they don't go in. Morris began the season shooting just 37.9 percent in November, but he went up to 46.3 percent in December and is at 54.1 percent in January, so things are trending in the right direction. In most fantasy leagues, he should settle into the 75-100 range by the end of the season.
Otto Porter: 20 efficient points w/ full line 01-11-2017
Otto Porter F WAS
Otto Porter made 9-of-12 shots to finish Wednesday's game with 20 points, six rebounds, five assists and three 3-pointers in a tough loss at Boston. Porter added a pair of 3-pointers with zero turnovers in 37 minutes. This is a perfect encapsulation of his fantasy value -- efficient scoring, low turnovers, and across-the-board value including 3-pointers and defensive stats. He's a roto goldmine and isn't a slouch in points leagues, either. We're halfway through the season and there's no reason to think he'll regress.
Bradley Beal drops 35 points on 13-of-26 FGs 01-11-2017
Bradley Beal G WAS
Bradley Beal scored 35 points in a losing effort in Boston on Wednesday, sinking six 3-pointers with four assists, two rebounds, one steal and one block. He shot 13-of-26 from the field with a 3-of-4 mark at the line, all while committing just two turnovers in 37 minutes. The Wizards couldn't stop Isaiah Thomas down the stretch, though, and their offense suffered due to a combined 10-of-42 shooting night from starters Markieff Morris and John Wall. The loss doesn't impact Beal's fantasy line, of course, and he's cruising along with top-50 value.
Kevin Love (left leg) to the locker room 01-11-2017
Kevin Love F CLE
Kevin Love (left leg) went to the locker room at the end of the first quarter on Wednesday. He stepped on Al-Farouq Aminu's foot and looked to grab his left calf. Love was down for about two minutes before he went to the bench for about 45 seconds. He didn't have much of a limp and returned from the locker room to ride a bike. This seems minor for now.
Vince Carter scores 11 points in loss 01-11-2017
Vince Carter G MEM
Vince Carter scored 11 points with three rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes against the Thunder on Wednesday. He hit a couple milestones tonight, passing Jason Kidd for fifth all time in 3-pointers and also Buck Williams for 17th all time in games played. The bad news is Carter had a bad finish to this game and missed two clutch free throws. he won't have much fantasy value.
Blake Griffin doing much better 01-11-2017
Blake Griffin F LAC
Coach Doc Rivers said Blake Griffin (knee) feels great and his 4-6 week timetable is still accurate.

Rowan Kavner on Twitter
"All things are good for him," Rivers said. Griffin has been getting some shots up and is coming along just fine. He was ruled out for 4-6 weeks back on Dec. 20, so it's possible he's back this month. The Clippers will likely manage him upon his return, so Griffin may not be himself until the All-Star break.
John Wall needs X-rays on swollen left wrist 01-11-2017
John Wall G WAS
John Wall will have X-rays on his "badly swollen" left wrist after Wednesday's game vs. the Celtics.

J. Michael on Twitter
Wall played 39 minutes on Wednesday, posting 10 assists, seven rebounds, three steals and one block, but he also shot 4-of-21 from the field for a season-low nine points. We'll pass along the test results as soon as possible, and in the meantime owners should sit tight. The Wizards are off until Saturday, fortunately, but if Wall misses any games both Trey Burke and Tomas Satoransky would be leaned on at PG, with Bradley Beal also doing more ball-handling.
Andrew Bogut remains day-to-day 01-11-2017
Andrew Bogut C PHI
Andrew Bogut (hamstring) is questionable to play in Mexico against the Suns on Thursday.

J. Michael on Twitter
The good news is he said his hamstring isn't torn and he doesn't expect to miss time. That said, it sounds like Bogut is on the bad side of this questionable tag for a game in altitude. If he is out, Salah Mejri figures to get most of his minutes.
Richaun Holmes gets healthy DNP-CD on Wed 01-11-2017
Richaun Holmes F PHI
Richaun Holmes was a healthy DNP-CD vs. the Knicks on Wednesday. Holmes has bounced between the D-League and the Sixers lately, and there's no reason to expect him to emerge in the rotation when even Jahlil Okafor is racking up DNP-CDs.
Nerlens Noel gets 13 points, eight rebounds 01-11-2017
Nerlens Noel F DAL
Nerlens Noel put together a nice game on Wednesday, scoring 13 points on 5-of-8 FGs and 3-of-4 FTs with eight rebounds, two steals and one assist. It's a strong return for fantasy owners since Noel played just 21 minutes tonight. Interestingly, he knocked down two jumpers at the top of the key tonight and is now a combined 7-of-10 on shots 15-24 feet from the hoop this season. Regardless of his shot locations, Noel is a promising guy to own with Jahlil Okafor racking up DNPs and the Sixers likely to trade away one of their young centers.
T.J. McConnell sinks game-winner in comeback 01-11-2017
T.J. McConnell G PHI
T.J. McConnell sank a game-winner to escape with a 98-97 victory on Wednesday, finishing with eight points on 4-of-6 shooting, seven assists, six rebounds and two steals.

Bob Cooney on Twitter
McConnell said that tonight's clutch bucket was the first game-winner he's ever made. He's seized the starting job from Sergio Rodriguez (four assists in 14 minutes), and he's converting heavy minutes into January averages of 9.2 assists, 5.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals. The scoring hasn't been there, at just 8.8 points per game, and he's made only six 3-pointers all season, but he's well worth owning if you need some PG help.
Jahlil Okafor gets third straight DNP-CD 01-11-2017
Jahlil Okafor C PHI
Jahlil Okafor picked up his third straight DNP-CD on Wednesday.
Okafor said recently that he's "not the type of player that's DNP," but he also praised coach Brett Brown for his "phenomenal" communication about the issue. He's not griping about his disappearance from the lineup, in other words, but it might take a trade (either of Okafor or Nerlens Noel) for him to reemerge with a fantasy-relevant role.
Joel Embiid (ankle) OK after injury scare 01-11-2017
Joel Embiid C PHI
Joel Embiid (left ankle) survived an injury scare during Wednesday's game, which he finished with 21 points (7-of-20 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), a career-high 14 rebounds, one steal and one block in 27 minutes. Embiid exited after twisting his left ankle, but he started the second half and the fact that he returned suggests Philly had zero concerns about an aggravation. Ankle sprains often get worse overnight, so we'll keep an eye on him prior to Friday's home game vs. Charlotte, but owners can anticipate having him ready to go.
Dario Saric ice cold, shoots 1-of-8 vs. NYK 01-11-2017
Dario Saric F PHI
Dario Saric had a rough night vs. the Knicks on Wednesday, going 1-of-8 from the field to finish with three points, three rebounds, one 3-pointer and no other stats in 21 minutes. In addition to his shooting woes, Saric was abused defensively by Carmelo Anthony during Philly's comeback home win. The rookie forward continues to average around 24 minutes per game, but poor shooting, high turnovers and a lack of supporting stats are spoiling his fantasy value in typical formats.
Kyle O'Quinn double-doubles w/ full line Wed 01-11-2017
Kyle O'Quinn F NY
Kyle O'Quinn racked up 10 points, 15 rebounds and three assists for his fourth double-double of the season on Wednesday, despite playing just 24 minutes off the bench. KOQ had a double-double after just 11 minutes on the court, and he rounded out a big evening with two steals, two blocks and some impressive interior defense. It's hard to trust him as a fantasy asset, however, because he hasn't played 20+ minutes in consecutive games since Joakim Noah was out in early December. Let's see what he does on Thursday before burning a transaction on him.
Carmelo Anthony scores game-high 28 points 01-11-2017
Carmelo Anthony F NY
Carmelo Anthony's shoulder injury didn't appear to bother him on Wednesday, as he scored 28 points on 11-of-25 FGs and 4-of-4 FTs, with two boards and three blocks. Anthony said recently that he's playing through pain and requires constant attention to keep his shoulder injury at bay, which is ominous news for fantasy owners. He's shooting a career-worst 42.1 percent from the field and could be a shutdown candidate if the Knicks slip out of the playoff hunt -- at the moment they are 11th in the East. He passed Robert Parish on the NBA's all-time scoring list tonight, moving to No. 26, and if you want to trade Melo this is a great time to float some offers.
Kristaps Porzingis struggles in 28 minutes 01-11-2017
Kristaps Porzingis F NY
Kristaps Porzingis couldn't get going on Wednesday, finishing a 98-97 loss in Philly with seven points on 3-of-10 shooting, three boards, and two assists in 28 minutes. KP didn't miss a beat after returning from a sore Achilles on Jan. 6, but over the past two games he's been held to 8.0 points on 6-of-26 shooting (23.1 percent). He got into some foul trouble tonight and never found his rhythm, so owners should give him a pass -- he should fare much better vs. the visiting Bulls on Thursday.
Brandon Jennings logs 24 minutes off bench 01-11-2017
Brandon Jennings G NY
Brandon Jennings shifted to the bench on Wednesday, where he posted nine points, three rebounds, two assists and three turnovers in 24 minutes. Derrick Rose returned to the lineup after a one-game absence, bumping Jennings to his usual, unpredictable bench role. He went 4-of-6 from the field with a 3-pointer, to his credit, but as long as Rose is healthy he's best suited to leagues with 14 or more teams.
Joakim Noah logs 20 minutes vs. Philly 01-11-2017
Joakim Noah C NY
Joakim Noah finished Wednesday's game with seven points (3-of-6 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), six rebounds, two steals, one block and zero turnovers in 20 minutes of action. Noah had a wrap on his right shoulder when he wasn't playing, and admitted recently that the surgically-repaired shoulder is "always there" as a background concern. The slumping Knicks recently held a team meeting to discuss their issues, and they may need to meet a few more times after tonight's disastrous 98-97 loss to the Sixers.
Derrick Rose returns, scores 25 pts in defeat 01-11-2017
Derrick Rose G NY
Derrick Rose (personal) started Wednesday's game vs. the Sixers, finishing a brutal road loss with 25 points on 11-of-16 shooting, four assists, two rebounds, one steals and two turnovers in 32 minutes. The strange saga of Rose's unexcused absence from Monday's game ended with a "hefty" fine but no suspension, and it clearly didn't distract him from his on-court duties tonight. He played some minutes alongside Brandon Jennings, while Ron Baker picked up a DNP-CD, so for now order has been restored in the Knicks' backcourt. Get Rose back in your active lineups.
Mindaugas Kuzminskas (illness) plays 10 mins 01-11-2017
Mindaugas Kuzminskas (illness) went scoreless in 10 minutes off the bench on Wednesday. The 27-year-old rookie contributed one assist, one steal and two turnovers in limited action. He's shown flashes of intriguing upside, but isn't a fantasy option while the Knicks' frontcourt is healthy.
Bismack Biyombo moving to the bench 01-11-2017
Bismack Biyombo C ORL
Bismack Biyombo will move to the bench against the Clippers on Wednesday. It is likely only because of Serge Ibaka (shoulder) not playing and the starting unit needing more offense with Nikola Vucevic. Biyombo actually gains value because he should play huge minutes off the bench.
Nikola Vucevic starting, Biyombo to bench 01-11-2017
Nikola Vucevic C ORL
Nikola Vucevic will start vs. the Clippers on Wednesday, sending Bismack Biyombo to the bench.

Magic PR on Twitter
Serge Ibaka (shoulder) is out tonight and coach Frank Vogel may just be trying to get more offense in the starting lineup. Ibaka is aiming to return on Friday, so this could be a one-off start for Vuc, but either way it's a positive development for his fantasy owners. Check back after the game to see how the rotation shakes out.
Jeff Green will get the start vs. Clippers 01-11-2017
Jeff Green F ORL
Jeff Green will get the start against the Clippers on Wednesday.

Magic on Twitter
Revenge game? Green used to play almost straight four in his Clippers days, so this shouldn't be a tough role to adjust to. Ibaka is likely back this weekend, so Green only gets a short-term boost in deep leagues.
Serge Ibaka (shoulder) out Wednesday vs. LAC 01-11-2017
Serge Ibaka F TOR
Serge Ibaka (shoulder) won't play vs. the Clippers on Wednesday.

Josh Robbins on Twitter
Elfrid Payton (quad) will play vs. Clippers 01-11-2017
Elfrid Payton G ORL
Elfrid Payton (quad) will play against the Clippers on Wednesday night.

Orlando Magic Daily on Twitter
He went through shootaround for his bruised quad and should be all set for minutes around 30. He's off to a decent start in 2017, averaging 10.2 points, 3.6 boards, 6.6 assists and 1.4 steals. He'll have his hands full against Chris Paul tonight.
Raymond Felton headed to bench Wednesday 01-11-2017
Raymond Felton G LAC
Raymond Felton will likely shift to the bench with Austin Rivers returning to the starting lineup on Wednesday. Rivers missed Sunday's game with the flu but he's healthy tonight, so the veteran Felton's minutes should take a significant hit.
Austin Rivers (illness) will start vs. Magic 01-11-2017
Austin Rivers G LAC
Austin Rivers (illness) will start against the Magic on Wednesday.

Dan Woike on Twitter
His dad is also well enough to coach tonight. Rivers absolutely went off against the Magic in their last game on Dec. 14 with 25 points, so maybe he can have another big outing. Because he's playing well these days, Rivers is worth a look in standard leagues while he's going strong.
Trust The Process: Joel Embiid starts 3Q 01-11-2017
Joel Embiid C PHI
Joel Embiid (ankle) started the third quarter on Wednesday. He looks like he's OK. Trust The Process.
Joel Embiid (leg) limps to the locker room 01-11-2017
Joel Embiid C PHI
Joel Embiid limped to the locker room in the second quarter on Wednesday and will be available to return. He went up for a layup and his left foot slipped on the court to cause an awkward change in direction. Embiid limped up and down the court for two possessions before the 76ers took a timeout. He limped to the locker room under his own power with the limp almost going away at the end of the hallway. For now it looks like he's OK. Also, this isn't to his bad foot.
Deyonta Davis (foot) will be active Wednesday 01-11-2017
Deyonta Davis (foot) will be active and available to play Wednesday vs. the Thunder.

Grizzlies PR on Twitter
There are no guarantees he'll actually step foot on the court tonight, but if he does, it'll be in a very limited capacity. He's not worth owning in most leagues.
Reggie Jackson practices on Wednesday 01-11-2017
Reggie Jackson G DET
Reggie Jackson (dehydration) practiced on Wednesday.

Rod Beard on Twitter
He should be all set for Thursday night against the big game at Golden State on Thursday. Jackson played a whopping 47 minutes against the Blazers on Sunday and played 31 minutes on Tuesday before his dehydration. He looks like he's trending up. It's worth a mention he had a dehydration issue back in February, so someone needs to get him some water and/or electrolytes.
Brandon Rush to start for Zach LaVine 01-11-2017
Brandon Rush G MIN
Brandon Rush will start for Zach LaVine on Wednesday against the Rockets.

Kent Youngblood on Twitter
Interesting. Coach Tom Thibodeau may want to keep his bench together and may not want to put Nemanja Bjelica in harm's way with the 3-point barrage. We'd still rather use Bjelica with Rush being a risky play.
Zach LaVine (hip) ruled out for Wednesday 01-11-2017
Zach LaVine G MIN
Zach LaVine (hip) has officially been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Rockets.

Timberwolves PR on Twitter
This is far from surprising with LaVine being listed as doubtful and limited at shootaround. With LaVine watching from the sidelines, Namanja Bjelica, Shabazz Muhammad and Kris Dunn will all see a boost in value with Bjelica being the preferable DFS target. For now, we'll be considering LaVine questionable for Friday's game against OKC.
Tomas Satoransky did not travel for Wednesday 01-11-2017
Tomas Satoransky G WAS
Tomas Satoransky (illness) did not travel to Boston for Wednesday's game.

Candace Buckner on Twitter
With Trey Burke actually playing well, Satoransky has essentially moved out of the rotation.
Eric Gordon (toe) out Wednesday vs. Minnesota 01-11-2017
Eric Gordon G HOU
Eric Gordon (left big toe) will not play Wednesday vs. the Timberwolves.

Kent Youngblood on Twitter
He didn't even travel with the team, and for now, we'll have to consider him questionable for Friday's game against the Grizzlies. With Gordon on the sidelines, we'll continue to get a heavy dose of James Harden on offense with guys like Corey Brewer, Sam Dekker and K.J. McDaniels having the opportunity for some extended minutes off the bench.
Jordan Mickey expected to start on Wednesday 01-11-2017
Jordan Mickey F BOS
Jordan Mickey will start against the Wizards on Wednesday night.

Celtics on Twitter
With Amir Johnson (ankle) and Tyler Zeller (illness) out, coach Brad Stevens will stick with his bench bigs. "Other than Jae Crowder and Gerald Green, we're a team of all fours and ones tonight. We'll be a positionless team," Stevens said. Mickey should get around 15-20 minutes tonight and can block some shots, so he's not the worst player to stream or use as a punt in DFS.
Jaylen Brown will not play on Wednesday 01-11-2017
Jaylen Brown (ankle) will not play on Wednesday against the Wizards.

Sean Grande on Twitter
The Celtics will need some wings with Avery Bradley (Achilles) also out. There should be at least 20 minutes for Terry Rozier and Gerald Green tonight, but both are risky plays. Give them a look if you're streaming on a light Wednesday, too.
Tyler Zeller will not play on Wednesday 01-11-2017
Tyler Zeller C BOS
Tyler Zeller (illness) will not play on Wednesday against the Wizards.

Sean Grande on Twitter
The Celtics are going to be a little short on their depth up front. With Zeller and Amir Johnson (ankle) out, there should be plenty of minutes for Kelly Olynyk and Jonas Jerebko. We should see Jordan Mickey in the rotation and more small-ball lineups, too.
Bradley, Zeller, Brown out Wednesday vs. WAS 01-11-2017
Avery Bradley G BOS
Avery Bradley (Achilles), Tyler Zeller (illness) and Jaylen Brown (ankle) have been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Wizards.

Sean Grande on Twitter
Bradley is the most important missing piece here, and with him on the sidelines, it'll be the Isaiah Thomas and Al Horford doing the heavy lifting on offense, with IT4 offering a bit more upside. Marcus Smart will likely be looking at another start, and he's someone to consider throwing out there in DFS with the favorable matchup. Amir Johnson (ankle) will also be on the sidelines, leaving the Celtics pretty thin up front, so Kelly Olynyk and Jonas Jerebko should see some extra run.
Mindaugas Kuzminskas (illness) probable Weds 01-11-2017
Mindaugas Kuzminskas (illness) is feeling better and head coach Jeff Hornacek expects him to be fine for the Knicks' matchup with the 76ers on Wednesday.

Ohm Youngmisuk on Twitter
Kuzminskas has played well in limited minutes as of late, but not well enough to be worthy of a roster spot in most leagues. As long as Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis are healthy, Kuzminskas can safely remain on the waiver wire just about everywhere.
Brogdon looking to prove doubters wrong 01-11-2017
Malcolm Brogdon said he's played with a chip on his shoulder his entire career, and falling to the second round on draft day only added fuel to the fire.
"My whole career, I've been an underdog, I've been underestimated," Brogdon said. "Therefore I've had a chip on my shoulder my entire career. Being drafted in the second round when you think you're supposed to be in the first round, a lottery pick, the chip grows bigger. And you have more to prove." Brogdon is emerging as a draft day steal with his impressive play as a starter, contributing 9.1 points, 3.9 dimes, 1.0 triple, 0.9 steals and 1.5 turnovers a night on 45.6 percent shooting.
Amir Johnson (ankle) will not play Wednesday 01-11-2017
Amir Johnson F BOS
Amir Johnson (ankle) will not play Wednesday against the Wizards.

A. Sherrod Blakely on Twitter
The injury occurred on Tuesday night and it doesn't sound serious. Although, Johnson and ankle injuries do not get along with his lengthy history of missing time due to that ailment. With him out tonight, Kelly Olynyk figures to be the next man up with added playing time. Tyler Zeller is also a game-time call and could help out.
Trevor Booker is probable for Thursday 01-11-2017
Trevor Booker F BKN
Trevor Booker (hip) is probable for Thursday's game against the Pelicans.

Nets PR
His injury from Sunday never seemed like a big concern. As we all know, the Nets are extremely careful with injured players, so Booker may have been somewhat close to 100 percent for Tuesday. He should be back and is likely to play minutes in the mid 20s. While he is trending down, Booker should still be owned in all leagues.
Jeremy Lin out again for Thursday night 01-11-2017
Jeremy Lin G BKN
Jeremy Lin (hamstring) is out again for Thursday night against the Pelicans.

Nets PR
This will be his eighth game out of the lineup. Lin doesn't have a timetable to return and clearly the Nets won't be in a hurry to bring him back after he aggravated his hamstring strain. With him out, we've seen some Spencer Dinwiddie as the backup point guard and Isaiah Whitehead splitting the minutes as the starter.
Andrew Bogut is day-to-day 01-11-2017
Andrew Bogut C PHI
Andrew Bogut (right hamstring strain) is listed as day-to-day.
He could be in jeopardy of missing Thursday's game in Mexico against the Suns. Bogut did finish Monday's game due to this injury, which allowed Salah Mejri to play 10 minutes. If Bogut can't go, Mejri and Dwight Powell should get some extra run.
LeBron James, Kyrie and Love playing 01-11-2017
LeBron James F CLE
LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Levin Love will play against the Blazers on Wednesday night.

Dave McMenamin on Twitter
There was some concern this game would be canceled, but it is reportedly a go. The Blazers landed in Portland at 12:55 PST, so their pre-game routines are going to be a mess. The Cavs also had travel issues last night.
Timofey Mozgov misses practice 01-11-2017
Timofey Mozgov C LAL
Timofey Mozgov did not practice on Wednesday and is expected to be fine for Thursday against the Spurs.

Serena Winters on Twitter
Coach Luke Walton said Mozgov may have taken an elbow to his hand, but there is no reason to think he'll miss Thursday at this point.
D'Angelo Russell jams finger, is fine 01-11-2017
D'Angelo Russell G LAL
D'Angelo Russell jammed his finger in practice on Wednesday and is fine for Thursday against the Spurs.

Serena Winters on Twitter
There's no reason to be alarmed here. Russell is coming off a bad game with just nine points on Tuesday, but he's been trending up before that. Even in a sub-par matchup, he could have a great game on Thursday.
Elfrid Payton (quad) goes through shootaround 01-11-2017
Elfrid Payton G ORL
Elfrid Payton (quad) went through shootaround on Wednesday and is questionable to face the Clippers.

Josh Robbins on Twitter
That's a good sign that he'll be able to play tonight. Payton only has a contusion, so his status will likely come down to pain tolerance. We likely won't get official word on his status until very late tonight, but D.J. Augustin would obviously benefit with Payton out. C.J. Watson could also see more run.
Serge Ibaka (shoulder) doesn't shoot around 01-11-2017
Serge Ibaka F TOR
Serge Ibaka (right shoulder) did not participate in shootaround and remains questionable for Wednesday night against the Clippers.

Josh Robbins on Twitter
It's his shooting shoulder, so Ibaka has a real chance to miss this game. On the other hand, he has been very durable in his NBA career, which has to count for something. If he can't go, Nikola Vucevic and Jeff Green could be candidates to start while Aaron Gordon would get a nice boost as well.
Jimmy Butler ruled out again for Thursday 01-11-2017
Jimmy Butler G CHI
Jimmy Butler (illness) will not play on Thursday night against the Knicks.

K.C. Johnson on Twitter
Jimmy Minutes has been really sick and will now miss at least half of his five-game week. With him out, Dwyane Wade should be the focal point while Denzel Valentine will look to build off the best game of his career. We'll see what happens with Rajon Rondo, but he likely earned minutes after a solid Tuesday.
Nikola Mirotic (illness) out for Thursday 01-11-2017
Nikola Mirotic F CHI
Nikola Mirotic (illness) will not play against the Knicks on Thursday.

Nick Friedell on Twitter
He flew back to Chicago because he is still sick. The Bulls actually played well considering they were missing most of their guys on Tuesday. Doug McDermott should still see most of the backup forward minutes while Bobby Portis could be in the rotation again.
James tells Kyle Korver to 'let it fly' 01-11-2017
Kyle Korver G CLE
Kyle Korver said that LeBron James told him to "let it fly" when he's open.

Akron Beacon-Journal
"I'll be ready. I've usually had to work pretty hard for my shots. Maybe there will be a few easier ones," said Korver. "[James] said if you catch it and you're open let it fly. That shouldn't be a problem... It will probably take a few games before we're totally clicking and I know what's going on all the way." Korver also said that this is the most talented team he's played for, and he should be getting a ton of wide open looks on that roster. It'll take a bit for him to get going, though.
Alexis Ajinca would welcome a trade or buyout 01-11-2017
Alexis Ajinca C NO
Alexis Ajinca told French publication L'Equipe that he would welcome a trade or buyout from the Pelicans.
Ajinca has fallen out of the rotation in New Orleans, and there's no reason to believe head coach Alvin Gentry will suddenly reverse course on this move. Here are his words, per Google translate: "The solution, it would be a trade, after if the club wants to make a buyout, we will see what they ask but normally it would be an exchange." Ajinca is unlikely to have much value, regardless of where he winds up.
Anthony Davis (hip) questionable for Thursday 01-11-2017
Anthony Davis F NO
Alvin Gentry would not commit to Anthony Davis (hip) being available for Thursday's game against the Nets.

Jim Eichenhofer on Twitter
"He's sore. He'll get treatment, see how he feels tomorrow," said Gentry when asked about Davis. We should have another update following Thursday morning's shootaround, but if this injury does force Davis to the sidelines, Terrence Jones and Donatas Motiejunas would see a major boost in value, with Jones offering a bit more upside. Stay tuned.
Damian Lillard calls out D'Angelo Russell 01-11-2017
Damian Lillard G POR
Damian Lillard said that the confrontation between himself and D'Angelo Russell during Tuesday's win over the Lakers "absolutely" ignited his strong play during the second half of action.

"As far as that situation, since last game, he's been doing little slick elbows," Lillard said of Russell. "And I play the game clean. I'm from Oakland. I ain't with that extra stuff and nobody can just do what they want to me. [Russell] poked the bear and you seen what happened the rest of the game." Lillard struggled through the first half of action on Tuesday, but after exchanging some choice words with Russell during the third-quarter, he went off for 11 straight points and helped seal the victory for Portland. Don't poke the bear, Russell.
Report: LeBron James upset with officiating 01-11-2017
LeBron James F CLE
LeBron James is reportedly upset with his lack of free throw attempts this season.

James actually ranks in the top 10 in free throw attempts per game this season at 7.1, although it's worth noting that he's logging more minutes per game than everyone above him on that list (aside from Anthony Davis), and more field goal attempts per game than guys like James Harden and Jimmy Butler (with a majority of his shots coming in the restricted area). James feels that his immense size causes the refs to officiate him differently, and he may have a point.

Reggie Jackson treated for dehydration 01-11-2017
Reggie Jackson G DET
Reggie Jackson was treated for dehydration following Detroit's 100-94 loss to Sacramento on Tuesday.

M Live
Jackson has dealt with hydration issues in the past, but it's never been something that has forced him to the sidelines, so he should be just fine for Thursday's game in Oakland. After a slow start to the year, Jackson has been rolling over the past seven games, posting top-50 value behind averages of 21.9 points, 6.7 assists, 2.0 triples and 2.4 turnovers per game on 48.0 percent shooting. This is probably his peak, so owners may want to pursue some sell-high opportunities.
Jahlil Okafor says he's not a DNP-player 01-11-2017
Jahlil Okafor C PHI
Jahlil Okafor said he's not the type of player that should pick up DNP-CDs on the regular.

Philadelphia Inquirer & Daily News
"Obviously, it's not what I want to be in a position," Okafor said. "I know I'm not the type of player that's DNP. But that's what it is right now. Coach Brown has been phenomenal with communicating with me. I know in the long run, I'll be fine." Unfortunately, that's exactly who he is on the current 76ers' roster, and he's not expected to play Wednesday vs. the Knicks. Okafor doesn't have the best upside with his limited contribution of defensive statistics, so he's a cut candidate in most scenarios.
Brandon Jennings will return to the bench Wed 01-11-2017
Brandon Jennings G NY
Brandon Jennings will return to the bench for Wednesday's game against the 76ers.

Frank Isola on Twitter
Derrick Rose (personal) has rejoined the team, and he will be back in the starting five tonight, thus queuing the end of Jennings' run with the starting unit. As a reserve, Jennings is only averaging 6.8 points, 5.0 assists, 1.8 turnovers and 1.0 triple per contest on 37.0 percent shooting, so he's not worth owning in most leagues while he's running with the second unit.
Derrick Rose (personal) will start Wednesday 01-11-2017
Derrick Rose G NY
Jeff Hornacek confirmed that Derrick Rose (personal) will return to the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the 76ers.

Frank Isola on Twitter
Rose had an unexcused absence on Monday as he abruptly left the team to be with his family, and he was reportedly in such a bad mental state on Monday that he briefly considered stepping away from the game for an extended period to "clear his mind." He will, however, be back in the starting lineup on Wednesday, which will send Brandon Jennings back to the bench. Hopefully Rose can move past whatever issue he was dealing with.
Erik Spoelstra says Tyler Johnson is fearless 01-11-2017
Tyler Johnson G MIA
Erik Spoelstra said part of the reason why Tyler Johnson is able to rack up so many blocks from the two-guard position is his fearless approach on the defensive end.

South Florida Sun-Sentinel
"He's relentless to the end of the possession," Spoelstra said. "A lot of players, particularly shot-blockers, won't put themselves out there, because they're afraid of getting scored on or dunked on or a highlight play against 'em... he doesn't care about that." Amongst guards, Johnson ranks No. 3 overall in total blocked shots (27), which is part of the reason why he's been a steady mid-round talent on the season. If Goran Dragic ever gets traded, Johnson could explode.
C.J. McCollum says POR is a tight-knit group 01-11-2017
C.J. McCollum G POR
C.J. McCollum said that there's no animosity in the Trail Blazers' locker room.
"We've got a tight-knit group, there's a lot of young guys who are on the same career trajectory, so we all get along well," said McCollum. "Everybody still hangs out together, there's no animosity in the locker room, there's no hate, there's no jealousy." Portland has had some tough luck with injuries this season, which has had a negative impact on their record, but they're still staying together as a group.
Report: DMC to sign massive extension w/ SAC 01-11-2017
DeMarcus Cousins C NO
DeMarcus Cousins reportedly intends to sign a massive extension with the Kings during the offseason.

CSN Bay Area
Kings management and Cousins have reportedly tossed around numbers, and the deal could be for as much as $207 million over a five-year period. To be clear, a deal won't be able to come to fruition until after July 1, 2017, and a lot could change between now and then, but the Kings front office has been adamant about their commitment to DMC as a franchise cornerstone ever since Vlade Divac took the reigns as GM.
Report: MIA not actively shopping Whiteside 01-11-2017
Hassan Whiteside C MIA
The Heat are reportedly not actively shopping Hassan Whiteside.

Palm Beach Post
That doesn't mean that he won't be dealt if the right offer comes along, but for now, it appears Miami isn't actively trying to move their $98 million dollar man. "Nothing really changes for me," Whiteside said when asked about the trade rumors. "Still come in, rebound and dominate like I've been doing. Nothing really changes." Whiteside is a first-round asset when punting the free throw category, and that fact should hold regardless of the name across the front of his jersey.
Kenneth Faried (illness) questionable vs. IND 01-11-2017
Kenneth Faried F DEN
Kenneth Faried (illness) did not participate during Wednesday's practice and he is being deemed questionable for Thursday's game against the Pacers.

Harrison Wind on Twitter
If Faried is forced to the sidelines on Thursday, Jusuf Nurkic and Darrell Arthur will split most of his minutes, but with Nikola Jokic (illness) being listed as probable, Nurkic and Arthur aren't all that appealing in most leagues. Owners can expect to get another update on Faried's status following Thursday morning's shootaround. Stay tuned.
Danilo Gallinari (ankle) questionable vs. IND 01-11-2017
Danilo Gallinari F DEN
Danilo Gallinari (ankle soreness) is being listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Pacers in London.

Harrison Wind on Twitter
Gallinari may have some added incentive to play on the main stage in London, and with his injury simply being ankle soreness, he may just gut it out. It is, however, worth noting that a serious right ankle injury prematurely ended Gallinari's 2015-16 campaign, although this is the first time this season that we're hearing of any ankle issues, and it's currently unclear which ankle is the sore one. We should have a better idea on Gallinari's status following Thursday morning's shootaround.
Gary Harris, Gallinari questionable vs. IND 01-11-2017
Gary Harris G DEN
Gary Harris (groin) and Danilo Gallinari (ankle) are questionable to play Thursday vs. the Pacers.

Harrison Wind on Twitter
Harris' groin injury has officially turned into a nagging issue, as this is the same injury that sidelined him for the early portion of the season, so if there's any chance of him suffering a setback you can bank on him sitting out Thursday's contest. Gallinari is only dealing with sore ankles, so he seems a bit more likely to gut it out. If Harris is forced to the sidelines, Will Barton and Jamal Murray would benefit most.
Nikola Jokic (illness) probable for Thursday 01-11-2017
Nikola Jokic C DEN
Nikola Jokic (illness) is probable to play Thursday vs. the Pacers.

Harrison Wind on Twitter
Jokic missed Saturday's loss to the Thunder, but he's now had a full five days to rest up, so he should be just fine for Thursday's game. With Jokic back on the court, he'll siphon away some minutes from Jusuf Nurkic and Darrell Arthur. Owners can expect to get another update on Jokic's status following Thursday morning's shootaround.
Kenneth Faried (illness) doesn't practice Wed 01-11-2017
Hassan Whiteside C MIA
Kenneth Faried (illness) did not practice on Wednesday.

With Faried sitting out Wednesday's practice, we're going to have to consider him questionable for Thursday's game against the Pacers in London. If he's out, Jusuf Nurkic will pick up most of his minutes as the primary beneficiary. Stay tuned.

Rudy Gay scores 11 points in win 01-11-2017
Rudy Gay F SAC
Rudy Gay scored 11 points on 3-of-11 shooting in Tuesday's win over the Pistons. He managed to play 38 minutes despite picking up five fouls, adding seven rebounds, four assists, one block, three steals and one 3-pointer. The Kings are 9th in the West with a 16-22 record and the Blazers are 8th with a 17-23 record, so the Kings may be tempted to hold onto Gay past the trade deadline because it's no secret that they're desperate to get into the postseason.
Anthony Tolliver scores 17 w/ three triples 01-11-2017
Anthony Tolliver F SAC
Anthony Tolliver scored 17 points with three triples, four rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes against the Pistons on Tuesday. The 31-year-old sharpshooter took seven attempts from deep and finished 4-of-11 from the field and 6-of-6 from the line. At first glance this looks like a fluke, but Tolliver actually had 16 points and three more triples in his previous outing. He's played 36 and 32 minutes in those two games, so feel free to give him a glance if you strictly need a couple 3-pointers. Just keep in mind that he's still Anthony Tolliver.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope drains six treys 01-11-2017
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope G DET
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope hit 6-of-12 shots and all of his makes were 3-pointers, finishing with 21 points, five rebounds, two assists and a steal in Tuesday's loss to the Kings. He's feeling it right now, scoring 21, 26 and 26 points in his last three games. He's hit 14 3-pointers over that stretch and has hit 24-of-40 shots during his hot streak. KCP has a solid grip on the shooting guard job and remains unchallenged for minutes, so he should continue to put up strong numbers the rest of the way.
Andre Drummond blocks seven shots in loss 01-11-2017
Andre Drummond C DET
Andre Drummond hit 4-of-5 shots and 1-of-6 free throws for nine points, 12 rebounds, three steals and a season-high seven blocks in Tuesday's 100-94 loss to the Kings. His previous season high was four blocks, so he nearly doubled that up tonight. He came in on fire, scoring 28 points with 14 rebounds in back-to-back games, and the seven swats helped make up for the lack of points tonight. He had also been shooting free throws pretty well in January, hitting 8-of-11 over his last four games, but couldn't get the freebies to drop tonight.
DeMarcus Cousins scores 24 w/ four treys 01-11-2017
DeMarcus Cousins C NO
DeMarcus Cousins scored 24 points and helped the Kings snap a three-game losing streak with a 100-94 win over the Pistons on Tuesday. Boogie hit 8-of-14 shots from the field and 4-of-7 from the line, adding 13 rebounds, six assists, one block, one steal and four triples. He only played 30 minutes because of foul trouble, but he dominated in the fourth quarter. DeMarcus Cousins promised that he will make an R&B album if he's voted into the starting lineup of the All-Star game, so let's make sure that happens.
Tobias Harris starts for Leuer Tuesday 01-11-2017
Tobias Harris F DET
Tobias Harris was back in the starting lineup for the Pistons on Tuesday, filling in for Jon Leuer, who is expected to miss several more games with a bone bruise in his right knee, and had 18 points, three rebounds, two assists, a steal, two blocks and two 3-pointers in 40 minutes. He's been playing better off the bench, but whether he's starting or not, he's going to get heavy minutes and a full workload every night. He hit 7-of-15 shots against the Kings and is a must-start in fantasy until further notice.
Julius Randle shoots 2-of-9 from the field 01-11-2017
Julius Randle F LAL
Julius Randle finally cooled off on Tuesday vs. Portland, scoring six points on 2-of-9 shooting with 10 rebounds and three assists in 26 minutes. Randle had a nice game against the Blazers on Jan. 5 with 17 points, nine rebounds and five assists and Portland is ranked 29th in defensive efficiency, so it was tough to see this dud coming. He gets a tough matchup vs. the Spurs on Thursday but then faces a Clippers team on Saturday that is still missing Blake Griffin (knee).
Zaza Pachulia dominated by Whiteside 01-11-2017
Zaza Pachulia C GS
Zaza Pachulia had eight points, six rebounds and a steal in 24 minutes of Tuesday's win over the Heat, but also helped Hassan Whiteside get loose for 28 points and 20 rebounds. Pachulia had scored in double figures in his four previous games and is averaging 10.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.0 steals on 66 percent shooting over his last five games. If that kind of production can help you in a deep, two-center league, feel free to give him a shot. But Pachulia belongs on waivers in most instances.
Brandon Ingram scores 11, hits two treys 01-11-2017
Brandon Ingram scored 11 points on 3-of-6 shooting vs. the Blazers on Tuesday. The rookie added four rebounds, two assists, one block and two triples in 26 minutes. Luol Deng was the only starter with double-digit points, so Ingram didn't get as much burn this time. With that said, He's now scored an average of 14.0 points over his last four games with a combined six 3-pointers, so he's slowly graduating from a stash to a standard-league asset.
Kevin Durant scores 28 without an assist 01-11-2017
Kevin Durant F GS
Kevin Durant hit 10-of-21 shots and three 3-pointers for 28 points, eight rebounds, zero assists, one steals and two blocks in Tuesday's 107-95 win over the Heat. This was his first game of the season without an assist, which was a complete fluke. Draymond Green had 13 points, nine rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks in 36 minutes, as the Warriors easily handled the short-handed Heat tonight.
Stephen Curry scores 24 with nice line 01-11-2017
Stephen Curry G GS
Stephen Curry hit just 8-of-21 shots and 4-of-11 3-pointers for 24 points, eight rebounds, nine assists, a steal and a block in Tuesday's 107-95 win over the Heat. Despite the poor shooting, Curry is finally hot again, scoring 24, 30, 40 and 35 points in each of his last four games. And over his last five, he's averaging 30.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 1.9 steals and 4.4 3-pointers on 48 percent shooting. That's more like it, Steph!
D'Angelo Russell scores nine on 4-of-14 shots 01-11-2017
D'Angelo Russell G LAL
D'Angelo Russell was held to nine points on 4-of-14 shooting in Tuesday's loss to the Blazers. Despite the rough shooting performance, coach Luke Walton praised him after the game for contributing in other areas -- Russell added eight rebounds, six assists, three steals and one block in 30 minutes. Russell has been playing much better and was averaging 20.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 3.0 triples in his previous five games in January, but tonight's dud may have opened up a buy-low window again.
The Willie Reed party is over in Miami 01-11-2017
Willie Reed F MIA
Willie Reed played just 11 minutes off the bench on Tuesday, going 1-of-4 with four points, four rebounds and a block. He was pretty fun to own while Hassan Whiteside missed four games with an eye injury, but the party is over, as Whiteside has been back for two games and had 28 points and 20 rebounds tonight. Feel free to handcuff Reed if you own Whiteside, but he should generally be dropped for a hot free agent now that Whiteside is back and killing it. But if Whiteside gets traded, Reed could suddenly have a lot of value again.
Dion Waiters scores eight in start for Heat 01-11-2017
Dion Waiters G MIA
Dion Waiters started for the Heat on Tuesday, sending Wayne Ellington to the bench, but hit just 4-of-17 shots for eight points, three rebounds, eight assists and two steals in 38 minutes. He was tied for the team lead in minutes and shots tonight and his line would have been a lot more fun had more of them actually gone in. The Heat were without Josh Richardson tonight, so Waiters had a big opportunity, but couldn't take advantage of it. Richardson's in a walking boot for his sprained left foot and if he's going to miss time, Waiters could be worth grabbing for a spot start or two, especially if he's going to continue to fire at will.
Al-Farouq Aminu grabs 15 rebounds in win 01-11-2017
Al-Farouq Aminu F POR
Al-Farouq Aminu grabbed a season-high 15 rebounds with eight points in Tuesday's win over the Lakers. He also matched his season high in blocks (3), adding four assists and one triple in 29 minutes. Aminu is trending up and has played well in five straight games, averaging 11.8 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.2 blocks, 0.8 steals and 1.2 3-pointers in that span. He's now worth owning in standard leagues after a slow start to the season.
Luke Babbitt quiet in return from flu 01-11-2017
Luke Babbitt F MIA
Luke Babbitt started for the Heat on Tuesday but played just 18 minutes and scored two points after missing five of his six shots. Babbitt lasted just eight minutes on Friday and sat out on Sunday with the flu, but was back at it tonight. He's yet to have a breakout game despite starting on most nights, and his two double-digit scoring nights happened in the first three games of the season. Even with the Heat banged up and injury depleted, Babbitt just can't get going this season.
Moe Harkless scores 14 w/ three blocks 01-11-2017
Moe Harkless F POR
Moe Harkless scored 14 points on 5-of-6 shooting in Tuesday's win over the Lakers. The Blazers allowed just 30 points in the second half which was a season low for their opponents, and Harkless was a big reason why. He blocked three shots with one steal in 32 minutes, adding five rebounds, one assist and one triple. He's been a top-70 player in standard leagues for his ability to rack up steals, blocks and triples.
Hassan Whiteside's big game not enough 01-11-2017
Hassan Whiteside C MIA
Hassan Whiteside hit 13-of-17 shots for 28 points, 20 rebounds, a steal and two blocks in Tuesday's 107-95 loss to the Warriors. He's been back from his eye injury for two games and has double-doubled in both of them. This was his third 20-20 game of the season and he missed a fourth one by a single point back in November. Whiteside's owners had a rough week while he sat out for four games, but he's back and should be in all lineups. The Heat might be open to trading Whiteside, but it's far from inevitable. Welcome back, Hassan!
